Venetian Marina & Yacht Club - Home to The Miami International Boat Show, the world’s largest boat and yacht event, Venetian Marina & Yacht Club is a trophy marina asset in Miami’s downtown urban core. Integra Investment’s marina business vertical, Integra Marinas, acquired the asset in 2021, formerly Sea Isle Marina. Located directly on Biscayne Bay, minutes from the Atlantic Ocean, Venetian Marina & Yacht Club features 222 existing wet slips for vessels up to 130 feet, long-term and short-term docking options, and retail operations.

Upon acquisition, Integra Marinas’ vision is to reposition and substantially renovate the entire marina to deliver an elevated boater experience, establishing it as the ultimate home for the Miami International Boat Show and its nearly 100,000 annual patrons. This includes upgraded on-site services, such as the addition of lift slips, state-of-the-art floating docks ology, and a new fueling system.

Once completed, Venetian Marina & Yacht Club will contribute positively to the overall waterfront aesthetic in the area and provide marina service at a level commensurate with the significant advancement of onshore development in Downtown Miami.
