Our newly built wet slips are designed to accommodate vessles up to 150’ for in-water repairs and refits. As a self-service marina, owners and captains may elect to bring their own crew or utilize one of our pre-approved vendors. Our wet slips allow for painting, engine work, hull work, bright work, teak work, and more. Upon completion of the marina there will be vendors on-site to perform a wide array of marine services, including both wet and dry marine repairs and refits. Captains and crews can take advantage of our full-service lounge that features an exercise room, computer bar, outdoor deck and bbq area, and shower and laundry facilities.‍No less than 90% of the berths within the facility are available to the public for rental on a first come first serve basis.
